I called from an Attorney's Office in Florida. When I asked for the fax number, the woman on the other line was very rude. She acted as if she didn't have time for me. Absolutely no customer service at all. I'm not to sure what this woman is doing answering phones but I suggest maybe she doesn't interact with people at all.
