No one ever answers the phone literally! You sit on hold for me an hour and no live person ever answered then it just cuts off the call!
Dr Shau and Dr Gordan are sensational. Major back surgery and both hands for trigger finger. I highly recommend them. The office staff has always treated me with the upmost respect.

I can't give this office not 1 star ! I tried calling this office 3 times now each time I was put on hold . so on the 3rd try I waited for over 33 minutes not counting the 15 to 20 minutes on the 1st and 2nd trys and still no answer ! so my doctors office referred this place to me and I called them back and told them never referr anyone there again ... if this is the service we can expect from just a phone call no THANKYOU ! their office has trouble answering a phone they need to work on their front office staff before tryin... read more
I've given up on trying to even make an appointment here. 12 minutes on hold the first attempt before I was disconnected, 15 minutes on hold for the 2nd attempt, after which, I just gave up. I know there are some good doctors in this practice, it's just a shame the office management is so poor it's costing them valuable business.
