Can no longer use them as they are affiliated with Mt Sinai who no longer takes our Humana Medicare plan. Received a text from a collection agency the other day for a supposed $5.30 charge for which I never received a bill or an explantion what it was for. I called the office and offered to pay but was told I had to deal with the colloection agency. They referred a miniscule charge to collections with no explanantion. REALLY!!!.

Called to check if insurance is accepted. I was told it was. Never tried another doctor thinking my 4pm appointment was fine. After 45 minutes driving here in agony and filled out paperwork I was told they do NOT accept it. They wasted my time, caused me physical harm due to negligence of information, lost labor hours and they called me back to yell at me for not making the appointment. The most disorganized place. I agree with the negative reviews. I liked Dr. Cassidy who is very personable. It’s all downhill after that. The staff have really bad ghettolike attitudes. Not a class act. No one wants to help you and they have zero communication skills. A staff member showed me to my room but she wouldn’t talk to me, look at me or acknowledge me. No one made her take this job.
