I had a horrible experience with this office. Before scheduling my appointment, I confirmed that they accepted my insurance, and I was told that they did. However, when I called, the front desk immediately denied my insurance. I even had my care coordinator call, and they still gave her a hard time. They are contracted with my insurance, yet they refused to accept me as a patient. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Here for my first appointment been sitting waiting for over an hour past my appointment time not a very good first impression why make appointments if you're going to overbook so terribly not impressed plus parking is very minimal I got lucky and got the very last spot.... since then I have been trying to contact the surgery scheduler Anna who was supposed to call me Monday I have called every day since (it is Thursday evening) and have gotten no return phone call from my many voicemails I left they seem to have little care ... read more

Doc Alan Rechter it is great. I got no complaints against him, but our appointment was for 3:15. We didn’t see the doctor until 5:00.

Poor service, rude responses, and they keep deleting messages... What a terrible attitude... And you guys are supposed to heal people? It was 4:30pm If the schedule says they close at 5:00 pm on Monday the 24th, it's not a holiday... They don't answer calls, they don't pick up the phone, they redirect your call to an answering machine... Such poor and unreliable service... I rate what I deem appropriate and what works for others.
