I didn’t have a good experience. I went to my 3rd appointment after having a MRI which showed moderate arthritis in my hand. I had a previous bad reaction to a steroid shot when I was treated for a shoulder injury so that wasn’t an option for me. She would’nt offer any further assistance to treat arthritis swelling and pain other than hand therapy. Kaitlyn Stevens didn’t seem to care that I work 40 hours a week typing to earn a living.
