I couldn’t be more happier and want to thank Dr. John Fox and his wonderful team for the support and care that was given to me during all my visits and operations I had at Lakeview Hospital. A big thank you from Maida 😘
Horrible attitude from receptionist (wife of Dr Fox). Unfriendly and unapproachable attitude towards her patient. There is no booking system online, bookings can only be made on the spot. When called to confirm my booking time, receptionist did not respond for 10 times I called over a span of 12 weeks. For my final short consultation which took Dr Fox 6 minutes to check my condition, I was forced to pay the full consultation fee (that is normally 30 minutes per consult). Unacceptable.
