My child was seen at an urgent care in Crestview for a broken hand. They only did X-rays and a brace and referred us to this place. Waste of money. This place did the exact same thing - X-rays and a brace - and charged $400 for it. Still need to see a surgeon, which was clear from the first X-rays. Insane. Do not recommend.
I will spare everyone a dissertation of the last 8 Years of my life, but it involved excruciating lower back pain that was destroying my life in just about every way imaginable, and health insurance companies who prioritize profits over my wellbeing. With that being said, Dr. Cook is an absolute blessing. He is truly a master of his craft and I am forever thankful and grateful for all he's done to help me. This group could care less about a prospective patient. Even after 4 different occasions with a referral from primary Dr. could NOT GET A RETURN CALL, LET ALONE A REAL PERSON for an appointment. DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUNCH. COL. G.W. LEE USMC (Ret)
Front desk staff is a joke. Because I wouldn’t show my drivers license they canceled my appointment. They tried to tell me it was the law, and the law says photo ID, which they already had. I tried to ask why they had to have my drivers license. They said that was their policy. However, I have been going there for almost 2 years and yet now they asked for it.
