The only reason I am giving one star is because there is nothing lower to choose. I called to get a second opinion on a knee MRI. Chrissy in the front office stated that I cannot make an appointment with the Dr until they receive my MRI from the originator of the MRI (different provider). She would work on it and get back to me. After several follow up calls- one every day for 5 working days she still did not have what she needed but said it was on its way and we could make an appointment. Doctor after looking at my x-rays and knew that I had arthritis and really crammed on my leg. Spoke down to me, and didn’t listen to my question. All he was after was money, and I was not yet a candidate for hip replacement yet.
It never fails that we are waiting 30+ minutes. NEVER. Today we came in went through check in and has a seat. X-ray came to get us fairly quickly which doesn't typically happen, but great. Got the X-ray and sat for 35 minutes. They pulled us into a room we've been sitting for another 42 minutes for Dr Bliss. Does this clinic double book or something? I'd venture to say they do and may even triple book.
Professional and compassionate care. To the point assessment, exam, discussion of options, and recommendations. Clear, personalized communication. And a great support staff, from reception to nurses, Dr. Zambian, and check out.
