Dr. Austin and his staff at Ortho one north suburban are always an engaging polite energetic and very professional with a great sense of humor and always very informative with my medical status I am so appreciative to have such a wonderful medical office to be seen at I greatly appreciate their hard work and their due diligence to assure that I maintained a speedy recovery
It would be helpful if they answered the phone.
I have been calling since Monday the 10th to get an appointment for my broken arm. No live person answers. It just gives you an option to leave a message with them stating they will return all call within 4 hours. I have yet to get a call back.
