Need to do better and not use the excuse "we are busy"
I don’t know why any company uses them they deny every claims they never approve anything they have actually caused more harm to people by denying claims that should have been approved for 5 months they have denied a claim stating it’s not a necessity when the doctors clearly state that it is they are the absolute worse third party company ever

I had a terrible experience with OrthoNet LLC, the middle man handling payments and authorizations for physical treatments through Aetna. I've spoken with several physical therapists who have submitted claims and authorization requests, and they all agree that OrthoNet LLC is extremely inefficient and difficult to work with. I was relieved to hear that Aetna no longer works with OrthoNet LLC as of a few weeks ago. During my time with OrthoNet LLC, every payment I submitted through Aetna was never received by my provider.
