Absolutely appalling that my grade 3 AC joint tear was x rayed and I’m told by Dr Peter Anaradian nothing was broken or dislocated and discharged after my pain pill kicked in. Shoulder pain was the diagnosis on discharge instructions and if it hurts tomorrow call and make an appointment at the clinic! My injury was caused by a me crashing on my bicycle hard enough to do that. My video is from before my visit to Orthowest ED and Dr. Anaradian. I 100% did not get the care I needed and deserved.
Shingles event. Arrived, no waiting, New Dr. from Massachusetts, very pleasant very knowledgeable. All together 45 minutes. Shot for pain and script. I can hardly wait for something to happen, cause now I know where to go. Great nurse too…
I received excellent care from all staff during my visit yesterday. Everything from check in to x-rays was completed in a timely manner. Thanks for your compassionate care. Steve
Unless you want to be treated like some crack head pill seeker, go elsewhere. Everyone was super unhelpful, showed no empathy, and treats you like a drug seeker, even when you never asked or implied that you need narcotics or anything strong. *Which was not at all what was ultimately prescribed by another physician.* And this experience is exactly why I despise going to physicians and try to stay away at all possibility. My visit was on Christmas and I was amazed with the excellent care I received. There was no wait time. The x-rays and tests were promptly completed and it was remarkable how fast the results came back. The nurses and Doctor were very compassionate and extremely thorough. The receptionist was very kind in helping me check in as I was by myself and having trouble speaking. the ER was immaculately clean. People forget to acknowledge housekeeping and maintenance.
