Called yesterday to receive records for an appointment I just attended. I was sent to voice mail, women called me back an told me I couldn't get MY OWN RECORDS, that the records where sent to the one that requested the appointment and I couldn't have them. When I made ot clear they where my records an im entitled to them being the patient, she again told me she would have to get permission to give me MY RECORDS. They did a bunch of test couldn't find what was wrong told me to schedule an all appointment with a doctor but the earliest appointment is end of July meanwhile I am in tremendous pain not really happy. On top of all this they charge me a copay as if they are specialists then I don't even see a doctor it is only a PA. How is that a specialist?

Dr Thomspon may be a skilled surgeon but could of showed me some respect by shaking my hand and acknowledging me when I went to my daughters doctors appt to support her. I paid the 50 co pay to be disrespected. He forgot who pays the bill. We wont be back. There are plenty of great surgeons out there.
