Luke and Patrick are great for physical therapy. The check-in process is easy.
I enjoyed the people I came in contact with, all including the reception, the PA, the Student, and the Dr. The surgeon Dr. Samuelson gave me what I asked for, after seeing him as a second opinion. I was pretty adamant about what I wanted and the surgeon I saw before ignored requests. This place was better than (anonymous other clinic). Hopefully, my issue gets better.
Went here after being injured on the job. Clearly a work comp claim. Not only did they not bill it correctly, they decided to sue over the unpaid amount. The Work comp insurance company said they never were billed. Unless you're dying, I would recommend anywhere else.
The OrthoNebraska Billing Department is a total fraud engaged in criminal activity. They charge you for services you never received, and even after the insurance company states these charges are fraudulent, they continue to harass you with phone calls asking you to pay the bill.
Terrible place. Besides my initial urgent care visit, I was treated very poorly here and with no sense of urgency when I couldn’t even use my right arm for work or work more than a few hours because I was in so much pain. Also, somehow after two weeks my PT appointments still have not been figured out and I was cancelled on last minute today. Excited to start treatment at a different facility.
