Great therapists, but the front desk staff are consistently rude and no one ever picks up the phone. You're on "hold" for literally hours.
I wish I had read the reviews before I booked 2!! PT appointments here. While the therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful with my injury, the whole admin, customer service staff, and billing experience have been below par to say the least. I'm furious. After just one visit with Maciej, half my pain was gone. I walked in unable to raise my arm and after half an hour I could. Felt like magic, and I continue to feel better every time I leave. I feel very comfortable here and confident that I'm in good hands. The folks here are friendly and efficient - after my first session, I was able to book 8 sessions ahead before I left, no trouble. Amazing place
Please avoid! Absolute nightmare... I had a very frustrating experience with this office regarding insurance billing. Despite being told multiple times that they are in-network with my insurance Plan and confirming my copay, I got conflicting information and threats of being held liable for claims submitted to my previous, inactive insurance.
