We are new in town and need to find a physical therapist. We are very lucky to find Alex at Optum. He’s super professional and more importantly enthusiastic about how to help patients. He makes PT a fun activity while providing critical training suggestions. 5 star PT Alex!
The absolute worst billing experience I've had at any kind of doctor's office. While I liked my phyiscal therapist a lot, I would never go back to this office. I was told my copay was one price, and then once the claim went through insurance it turned out I was being charge for two copays for each appointment. I've reached out to the billing office several times over the last few months to try to rectify this and nothing could be done. A convenient location that was extremely clean with amazing hours with great and comfortable equipment. I love the fact they open early and I was lucky to have my sessions prior to work. Robin is a gem..... with scheduling, prescriptions, billing questions etc. Key is amazing and funny... But hats off to Ashley.... who went above n beyond to make me feel comfortable.....during my sessions..... I felt 10x better.
