Very bad front desk services . I think her name is Erica. Not helpful at all. impatient and rude. I will never come to this place again
I’ve been coming to this PT clinic for a while and return whenever the need arises. I would highly recommend Alex and Marina. Alex has help me tremendously, though he says some untoward things sometime, for example he said I have large kneecaps when he knows full and well that they are very petite and have broken records for their petiteness. Other than that the all the staff at this location are highly trained and perfectly welcoming. (Alex may be a bit too welcoming so keep an eye out for that one).

We are new in town and need to find a physical therapist. We are very lucky to find Alex at Optum. He’s super professional and more importantly enthusiastic about how to help patients. He makes PT a fun activity while providing critical training suggestions. 5 star PT Alex!
