Crowed open space, no privacy, very loud. And being turned about after being 15mins late, the location is very hard to park. Lack of communicating the rules.
I came in today to get physical therapy done for my very painful and tense , shoulder and hands but thanks to PT Janaki Patel , my muscles are a lot less sore and i will definitely be back. She was very sweet and professional, PT Janaki Patel asked about my concerns and condition with great detail and helped me massively.

Respect, flexibility and attentive care are at the forefront of this practice. DPT Irene is very caring and always provides comprehensive evaluation and follow-up and the female PT Assistant Sam is kind, patient and friendly.There is a male DPT Aldin who also serves evening patients and is quite friendly. The facility is easy to find, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere with upbeat music and a clean bathroom and lockers.
