Erin is the best!! Came here as a professional dancer with a foot injury and Erin helped me get back to dancing 8 shows a week! Super knowledgeable and attentive!!
Jun has been helping me recover from knee injuries for the past few months. He’s taken so much time to thoroughly walk me through all the fundamentals of how to understand and interpret pain, how to properly do the exercises, and how to gradually ease into recovery with care and intention. In February 24. The two receptionists whose were working that day mocked my accent and pronunciation. They don’t even speak Spanish well and they just laughed at me . Even though they were Latinas like me, they charged me $15, because a evaluation from the physiotherapist, who was just reading my medical report, it wasn’t a evaluation at all, and then they tried to charge me $25 without any explanation. Worse!! It is impossible to get any staff on phone to discuss, schedule or cancel. The most frustrating healthcare place I’ve experienced.
I had the pleasure of working with Larissa for the past 4 months until my worker comp rab out. Thankfully, in that 4 months, I got the care and attention I needed from Larissa and other members of the staff to return to work. I have a very physical job, and Larissa helped me navigate a fast recovery of a torn bicep surgery, with enough caring to know limits. My total health feels more on Trac because of this teams great attitude and dedication to the community. Thank you for getting me back to work Larissa!
