11/17/23 was an appointment day for my son at the Orthologix Voorhees office. His brace would be completed in three weeks, I was informed. Thereafter, Orthologix provided no additional updates, and it has been almost two months. One of the office phone numbers was answered after multiple attempts. I was informed that I would receive a callback; however, no further information was provided, and I didn't receive any callbacks. Great service in Voorhees, NJ. Brace fits best so far. Needs a strap in between open straps. I put a vinyl straps 5” wide around using Velcro, works great. These MAFO’s work well for me.
on my first meeting with their practitioner i explicitly requested that i wanted to know the estimated cost of services being rendered. Practitioner confirmed that Orthologix office will contact me If there are any out of pocket expenses. Guess what... no one contacted me and i was surprised to see a big from a "third party" that i need to deal with
Some people are just meant to do certain things in this lifetime and timing delivered us Eric and this facility. I CAN NOT say enough great things about this place. From scheduling, accuracy, caring, follow-up, patience, compassion , recommendations and assurance, this place is it. I was recommended to Lawall as being one of the best places but always had trouble getting an appointment. Orthologix has been working with my son who has CP for about two years now!! I was upset because his doctor had an accident and I couldn't drive to Philly to get him seen, and Eric came to do his fitting and with the help of Eric and orthologix LLC my son was able to get his brace!!!! Brought tears to my eyes!!! My son is my world but I won't drive to Philly. I am blessed to have great people working for my son!! Amazing company and people I recommend them to everyone!!!
