This company is trying to bill me for a supply from the ER that I received in November 2020. It has taken them 15 months to try to bill me for this supply. The statement lists it as an “ultra sling” and they are trying to charge me $165 for it. I have photos of the sling I was given in the hospital , it is literally a piece of fabric and if you Google online it is about $9.99 at rite aid right now.
