Amazing place with supportive customer service. Although there are many opinions about helmet therapy, we made the decision ourselves to pursue it for our 5‑month‑old, who has moderate to severe plagiocephaly. Dom, our practitioner, has been outstanding. He explains everything clearly, takes the time to answer questions, and genuinely cares about our baby’s progress

Luke and Lara are amazing. Luke explained everything and answered every question I had. Walked me through every step and how to manage situations if they were to arise and if all else failed to come back. They are so kind and helpful. My son also loves Lara and Luke so coming in makes everything so so much easy 💜
deep disappointment with the Orthokids Surrey Hills.My baby became extremely distressed while wearing the helmet and developed severe scalp rashes.GP has provided a letter recommending that stop using the helmet and has requested a refund for the unused treatment fees from Orthokids Surrey Hill.
