Luke and Lara are amazing. Luke explained everything and answered every question I had. Walked me through every step and how to manage situations if they were to arise and if all else failed to come back. They are so kind and helpful. My son also loves Lara and Luke so coming in makes everything so so much easy 💜
deep disappointment with the Orthokids Surrey Hills.My baby became extremely distressed while wearing the helmet and developed severe scalp rashes.GP has provided a letter recommending that stop using the helmet and has requested a refund for the unused treatment fees from Orthokids Surrey Hill. My son hates going to all doctors or anyone that does anything to him but the staff here are unbelievable, so kind and happy and always remember us, and Dr Peter is so great with him that my son asks to go see his foot dr most times when we go in the car. Highly recommend!
Georgia is rude, condescending and unhelpful. Seems like she couldnt grasp how challenging it is to keep a helmet on a baby 23 hours a day!!! Obviously didnt have children off her own to understand the struggle. Felt very judged that my baby could only tolerate the helmet for 20 hours a day which in my opinion was a good accomplishment given the struggles. FYI my baby is a preschooler now nearly 4 and his headshape is perfect so dont let people as such instill fear or shame into your parenting. We all do the best we can for ... read more
