My son hates going to all doctors or anyone that does anything to him but the staff here are unbelievable, so kind and happy and always remember us, and Dr Peter is so great with him that my son asks to go see his foot dr most times when we go in the car. Highly recommend!
Georgia is rude, condescending and unhelpful. Seems like she couldnt grasp how challenging it is to keep a helmet on a baby 23 hours a day!!! Obviously didnt have children off her own to understand the struggle. Felt very judged that my baby could only tolerate the helmet for 20 hours a day which in my opinion was a good accomplishment given the struggles. FYI my baby is a preschooler now nearly 4 and his headshape is perfect so dont let people as such instill fear or shame into your parenting. We all do the best we can for ... read more
I saw Steph when my son fractured his arm. She was calm and professional and fitted him with a brace that was so much better than the cast applied by a different health practitioner. I would happily recommend Ortho kids to other families.
Friendly staff and professional service. My niece had a great time in the play room
We saw Luke and had fantastic results for our sons flat head. He wore his helmet full time for 3 months and we’re so glad we went ahead with the helmet from 5 months. (First scan at 4 months). For anyone concerned about their child’s head shape I definitely recommend Luke at Orthokids!
