The receptionist here is very rude, always seems annoyed at having to help patients and is frequently heard arguing with and being condescending with guests on the phone. I go out of my way to avoid her whenever possible. Therapists are friendly at helpful.

I am finishing several weeks of physical therapy with Nick. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in physical therapy, and I’ve had a few. I feel like I owe Nick a lot towards contributing to the success of my knee replacement surgery. We met the flexibility goals, and I received instruction that will help me even after the sessions are finished. Thank you, Nick! First round of beer and brats are on me!
