When I first came to Ortho for physical therapy, I was having extreme back and shoulder pain, keeping me from doing many things I would normally do. They suggested pool therapy for me and the relief has been astounding. I look forward to my therapy each week and always feel much better when I leave.

The receptionist here is very rude, always seems annoyed at having to help patients and is frequently heard arguing with and being condescending with guests on the phone. I go out of my way to avoid her whenever possible. Therapists are friendly at helpful.
