I attend OrthoIndy Westfield location. The staff are very friendly & welcoming to the patients/clients who may be apprehensive to start which puts us at ease and in the right mindset to get through our sessions. Joe has been wonderful to work with and will push when necessary, but also reminds me not to overdo it which I tend to do. Kim was also a great fill-in and taught some additional stretching exercises that have assisted with recovery. I saw Kim Wach today for my lower back pain. What really impressed me about Kim was that she was very genuine and showed compassion and concern for my pain. She listened to my concerns and offered possibilities and confidence to improve my situation.
