I had a referral to go to physical therapy. I scheduled the appointment on Friday. Monday morning I received a call from physical therapy that if they cannot file my medicare insurance then I couldn't have an appointment. They were aware that this therapy was from a car accident inwhich I have a 3rd party bodily claim. They stated that they don't bill third parties. Nobody answers the phone - find someone who can answer the phone when people need to reach your office. Can’t speak for the therapists but without being able to contact that’s pretty difficult! Edit: I really like the physical therapist - he’s excellent at listening and communicating and I feel like the therapy he prescribes is helping! Still struggle to get someone to answer but it’s improved a little.

The staff at OrthoIndy Outpatient Physical Therapy do not do their jobs correctly and are not honest. I expressed multiple times not only to their front desk but also my therapist Chelsea that I could only schedule PT services if my insurance would cover it. I was assured MULTIPLE times by both the front desk and my therapist that I was covered up to 25 services and I was good to go. They couldn’t have been more wrong.
