Chris Brophy, my Physical Therapist, is the most excellent therapist I have ever had!! This is the second time I’ve had him, and I requested him for the second time. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes care and time to make sure you understand your exercises, and WHY you’re doing them. Would be 5-star if it were for the therapy alone, but due to one of the worst billing dept.’s I’ve ever experienced, that deserves a 1-star! Was advised insurance would cover my bills so I continued to go at a billable rate of $300+ (30 min session) only to unknowingly accumulate an excessive out of pocket expense after insurance adjusted the amount.
