Looking for some assistance obtaining some records required for a pretty serious personal event that led me overnight surgery and three months of physical therapy. The lady's exact words were, "I don't have time." (to send me an email) after transfering me 4 times to the wrong person. Couldnt believe the unprofessionalism from Tori. I've been going here for a while and my therapist has always been so kind, listens to my problems, and offers advice when needed. I've always had a variety of exercises and have received massages when needed. The front desk is always so accommodating with my appointments as well. I will always recommend this office!
Great therapist but on more than one occasion I showed up for an appointment and it had been cancelled without notifying me.
