Dr. Bales and his staff were absolutely Fantastic as well as the entire group at the surgical center. Highly recommend this group.
Whole experience was first class start to finish. From intake to discharge was treated well and professionally. Getting follow up visits at Greencastle was just a plus, closer to home and don’t have to deal with traffic.
Quick to see Dr Bales. However, I'm not especially fond of how you have to make an appointment, human interaction is alot better than going thru a computer to get where you finally get to talk to a person. I left my number twice for a call back and wouldn't lose my place on the call list, 2 hours later no call back. Called back went thru the same thing, once again no call back. Next time I sat on the line and finally got to talk to a person. That conversation lasted no more than 5-10minutes. Sure beat wainting on a call back... read more
