Highly recommend - great care! Alex is super easy to talk to. He listened very intently and asked clarifying and follow-up questions to make sure he knew exactly how I was feeling and where in my body I was feeling it before he started giving suggestions and diagnoses. He used some visuals to point out different muscles and tendons that were really helpful for me to fully understand my pain and his suggestions. At the end, he sent me a customized stretching plan on an east to use app!

Alex helped my son during a football tournament. He was quick to respond when he was injured. He assessed him and gave us instructions for the injury. He even followed up the next day to check on my son.

I met Alex on the sidelines of a soccer game and helped me out skillfully with an injury I had a few weeks earlier. He encouraged me to get an MRI and his suggested diagnosis was correct. Alex has helped me with referrals for good doctors to work with and has responded promptly to all my inquiries. I will look forward to working with him in my recovery period.
