Positive experience until the very end. Short story is they just made a fairly simple $ mistake but it took 3 hours and multiple people not being honest with me to figure it out. And I had to figure it out around their dishonesty. So they wasted half my day when someone could have just said we made a mistake and you owe us money even though we said you didn’t for quite awhile. Wow. Super shady and dishonest vibe about it all.
I had fraud on my card as soon as I signed up with them for automatic payment. I reached out 5x through email and calls and they still tried processing my payment which resulted in overdraft fees. Their customer service is nonexistent. I started reaching out as soon as fraud hit my card and crickets from them. I am disputing all charges on credit card.
It has been a game changer for our practice, fast insurance verification process, very convenient that our patients can sign contract at home as well as filling out paperwork online. Super easy to work with OrthoFi, I would recommend it 100%!
This is about the billing company. Customer service has been unhelpful and often gives outright misinformation. On August 28th, I paid my bill online with a card. Despite that, they attempted to auto-draft my account for the same funds. When the draft failed, they added a $25 insufficient funds fee. When I called to ask about this, I was first told it never happened.
