Dr. Colarusso ground down my top left teeth too far, after I expressed grave reservations with the hygienist before he did for this very reason, and she argued with me to trust them/him. I did reluctantly, and left my with botched asymmetrical front teeth I cannot never get back again. They're horrible, and he had the treatment further fall into a canted smile to hide what he did claiming it was somehow unavoidable and I'm just being difficult. I would never recommend this place for anything. Not for my children’s orthodontia and definitely not to work. The office staff are cowards, and they are arrogant and think nothing of hurting people.

I had been to multiple orthodontists in an attempt to find the cause of my continuously moving teeth (even after 3 years wearing a retainer daily). Dr. Heitnan was the only orthodontist in the Rochester/Buffalo area to find the cause of the problem and corrected the issue. Thank you Dr. Heitnan and the staff at Orthodontics Associaties of WNY for your awesome service!
I am very satisfied with Orthodontists Associates of Western New York! We receive a warm greeting from Carol and Kathy the minute we walk in the door. My daughter never waits longer than 5 minutes to be called back. Dr. Dusel takes the time to explain everything to both of us and answers all of our questions. The scheduling is very easy as they accommodate my daughter's school schedule and are able to get her in right away when there's an emergency. If you need an orthodontist, I highly recommend this practice!
