An absolute circus, check-in is hit or miss. Multiple visits I’ve sat waiting for 40 minutes packed into a waiting room without being called. Parking is atrocious. Not enough for a fraction of the clients and forced to deal with residents in local neighborhoods. Not ideal for kids in school. Appointments are severely overbooked.
El trabajo de ortodoncia no es malo. El problema es el servicio. Los empleados de recepción son sumamente arrogantes, tampoco entiendo la función del señor que está en la puerta. También juegan demasiado con el tiempo de los pacientes, no ha habido una sola cita en dos años que me atiendan a la hora que me citaron.
The helpers are so unprofessional all they do is talk between each other instead of explaining the process that they are doing in my mouth for a treatment that I paid for .They don’t even greet you they just tell you to sit down and start working on your mouth ,completely unprofessional.I understand they handle kids but they also handle adults so they have to be respectful and professional as well.
