EL Mejor!!! 🦷
Pésimo servicio al cliente. La oficina es otra totalmente desde que Milton padre no esta.Solo tienen atención con “clientes nuevos”, se negaron en asistirme con mi propia información de record que claramente aun tienen en sistema. Ortodoncistas estudiantes del antiguo doctor fueron los que lograron brindarme asistencia. La “administradora” de la oficina debería tomar cursos de servicio al paciente.
An absolute circus, check-in is hit or miss. Multiple visits I’ve sat waiting for 40 minutes packed into a waiting room without being called. Parking is atrocious. Not enough for a fraction of the clients and forced to deal with residents in local neighborhoods. Not ideal for kids in school. Appointments are severely overbooked.
