I just finished my invisaline treatment it took around 2 years. my experience was great. Dr Patino and her staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office is always clean . The staff are very well educated, this is a team dynamic and it is impressive. I can't say enough about this office and the treatment I received. Thank you Dr Patino and staff.
Horrible experience. I went for one small retainer adjustment and they tried to up charge me every step of the way and tell me I needed 1000 procedures. Dr. Patina was very insulting and rude and would not listen to anything I said. I’ve had extensive work done and am so happy with my teeth and just needed a small retainer adjustment until I could travel to go see my orthodontist on the east coast and instead all she did was try to give my braces when I’ve already have them and my teeth have stayed beautiful since. Best experience coming to Dr Patino's. She does it till the job is right! Always makes me feel welcomed. Also everyone who works there is super friendly.
