I don't go here but im taking someone the lady at the front I tell her I'm the aunt so I don't want to make an appointment will you call the mom and dad she said no and have them call me sooner then later lol for real people pay good money lady and you can't as the front desk give them a call to Schedule an appointment that's strange and lazy that you wouldn't want to do your job
Had constant issues in the beginning with wires popping off and springs breaking. This happened to both of my sons. They don't have hours at night or on weekends. Receptionist is very passive aggressive, particularly if you do not want your children scanning their fingerprint to check in for their appointment. They also don't allow for parents to go back with their small children. I wish I would have been told this up front at the consultation.
My son had his braces on for 3 years and had them off yesterday. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement. Doc and her staff have been wonderful to work with. He looks great. I would recommend her to anyone that asks. Good job team
