I had to write a review because the service here is so excellent. I had an issue with an old appliance and reached out to see if it could be repaired. Réjeanne was so lovely to speak with and quickly arranged an appointment for me - even notifying me when a sooner appointment became available. She let me know the different potential outcomes depending on the assessment. Dr. Thain was kind, direct, thorough and very clear in her assessment. My daughter was in orthodontics for over three years. Her case was very difficult. We had the most confidence in this clinic and knew that they would handle her case with complete care and professionalism. I am so pleased with the results of my daughter’s teeth and can’t thank the staff enough for their wonderful service. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody in this area looking for an orthodontist. They definitely deserve a five star rating !!!
