Let me preface the review by saying the orthodontic treatment was good and I have no qualms with the team, however, it is very clear they do not care about patients after they have finished their treatment. My fixed retainers broke after just one year of use, and I got them replaced for around $200 for ONLY the upper jaw, and was assured I would have no more problems if I did not eat things that would grate against my teeth (which I did). Dr Siva, Dental Nurse Julia and Dr Shabna are awesome. My son had his braces fitted today and they were very professional and comforting for him. I can't imagine he would have been in better hands. Dental Nurse Julia seemed to be telepathic, she was smashing it today and anticipating Dr Siva's needs like a champ. Review is a 3 because of the adminstration team. They screwed us around with the booking and were condescending both on the phone and via email. One of them even came and disrupted Dr Siva for a scheduling question... read more
Two of our children have had braces with Dr Siva. They have been professional, courteous and thoughtful to each of my children. My son now has a lovely smile, and Dr Siva was so thoughtful. He even sat down with my son to discuss what a career in orthodontics means in terms of study. Dr Siva was wonderful with our daughter. My daughter has been a patient here for 3 years. The professionalism and expertise of both Dr Siva and his staff cannot be praised enough! My daughter’s mouth needed a lot of work as her teeth were visibly out of alignment and she had a serious over bite. The difference now is amazing. This practice is committed to the welfare of their patients and are compassionate in their approach. I cannot praise them enough for the excellent work they have done on my daughter. Highly skilled and dedicated to excellent results!
I have known Dr Siva for over 20 years and there is nobody else that I would trust with my children’s teeth. His staff have always upheld the highest standard of professionalism. Dr Siva’s experience and knowledge is outstanding, we had incredible results in a very short amount of time. Could not recommend them highly enough .
