I can highly recommend Orthodontics Canberra. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and impressively good at remembering your name. With the frequent visits, you also get to know the team members by name, which creates a lovely personal atmosphere. I first met Dr Tom at another practise before he moved to Orthodontics Canberra and was so impressed with his services and the progress of my teeth that I made the switch and moved across to Orthodontics Canberra so he could continue my treatment. We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr Tom throughout my son’s orthodontic journey, from starting in a twin block through to braces. Dr Tom is incredibly thorough, professional, and fantastic at what he does. His bedside manner is outstanding — always bright, bubbly, and genuinely interested in getting to know the kids by asking them questions and making them feel comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support we’ve received and would highly recommend him.
I’m part way through my aligner journey and have had nothing but a great experience with the team at Orthodontics Canberra. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.
