Staff was friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood. Didn’t make you feel pressured to sign anything and gave you options for payment of works.
My 11 year old was so nervous to get braces and the whole team were so friendly, kind, gentle and pastoral throughout the whole experience. My daughter’s well-being and peace of mind was always at the forefront of their minds. Dr Natasha is absolutely gorgeous. Professional, knowledgeable and gentle. My daughter felt so comfortable. Our daughter has been attending Penrith orthodontist since December 2025 when her braces were applied. We had been communicating with Kim one of the receptionist a few months prior who had been amazing and super helpful, we let our daughter choose the place she felt most comfortable and she only wanted to get her braces here because she said it felt like they really cared about her. The entire experience was excellent, from the reception team onwards. Their experience with children is evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure my daughter felt safe and, importantly, heard. I would definitely recommend them.
