From the first moment we met Kim the practice manager, she was so warm and welcoming, and calming. She is a beautiful face when you first walk in, then we met dr shanya, and she was what sealed the deal that this place was where our daughter was getting her expanded and braces. The most wonderful, thoughtful and considerate team of staff I think I’ve ever come across! At first, I was a little nervous being an adult who needed teeth correction but each and every person was beyond accommodating and empathic. They tirelessly answered my million questions, fit me in for sudden appointments when needed, and were always the happiest people I’ve ever had answering my random calls. To say this was a positive experience is an understatement. I could not thank them all enough!

I had an excellent experience with my orthodontic treatment. Dr. Ashwin was extremely professional, and I’m very grateful to him and the entire staff for their great care.
Such a compassionate and friendly team... We were so well looked after by the ortho, the assistants, the hygienists and the lovely ladies at reception throughout the entire treatment. So great to finally have an orthodontic clinic i can confidentally recommend to my friends and family in the area.
