I called to make an appointment today. After explaining we had Federal insurance, I was asked if my daughter lives with me. I asked what the hec that matters to them for and was told only the custodial parent can make an appointment. That is the most insane thing I've ever heard. I pay the insurance, I pay the bill's, plain as that. I also explained first of all that it was none of their business whether she lived with me but that I have 50% custody both legal and physical.
