10/10!!! My teenage son and I were in town from New Jersey visiting my parents in Minnesota when he lost his rubber bands for his braces at the airport.. I called 5 orthodontist offices in the area and no one would sell us replacement bands. Thank you Dawn and team from Orthodontic Specialist in Eagan who without hesitation was able to assist us. They were so friendly and I know if we still lived in Minnesota they would be our Ortho team.
I grew up going here and had the pleasure of coming back for a retainer to be remade (lost mine). Wow, they’re still every bit as warm as they were when I was 12. Even Dawn, the receptionist, is still here & making me feel at home. She even recognized me ♥️. I remember looking forward to coming here. Every single person that works here is absolutely wonderful. I wish I worked here to be honest! And the care is exceptional. My teeth are beautiful. I get compliments all the time. You’ve come to the right place.
Dr. Basile and his team are amazing! Dr. Basile truly took his time to listen to my needs and made my teeth perfectly straight (he is paid attention to the little details) and I couldn't have been more happier.
