Everyone who works there are very helpful and satisfied working there, they will do a good job on fixing your teeth and making them brand new again!! Once you open the door they’ll treat you like family and plus they keep you entertained when your waiting for your doctor to attend you. My daughter goes there and all the staff are very friendly. And my oldest son came here too and when he got his braces off I was so impressed with the difference. I know they will do a great job on my daughter too. I love this place and I m happy my kids come/ came here.
The orthodontic at this OSWP in white plains was fantastic. From the receptionist to the doctor. I was given all my options and was given specific details as to what the procedure my son will be getting and the end results to a perfect smile. Couldn't be more happier to have come to this place that was recommended to me and for my son to start his journey to a perfect smile.
I took my son there, staff very friendly but doctor was terrible! She never introduced herself, she never talked to me, and she asked the assistant to move us to another place because she needed the room.... When I spoke with some friends, one of them told me she takes her daughter there, but she avoids appointments with that particular doctor, because of the same reasons. She's very rude!
