Though the experience was a typical dentist office, many of the hygienists forget that they are titled as Spa as well. For most of my visits they don’t ask me if I want the parafin wax or the facial neck massage. It’s disheartening when I got used to that and now never receive it.
Lark, as usual, was great, but I had to wait about 35 minutes to be seen. If you are running late, that’s OK, but you should let patient know rather than just having him stupidly sitting around not knowing when he’ll be seen.
I have been going to Park City Dental Spa since 2008 and have always received outstanding service.
