Really bad experience. Paid in full and they are refusing to complete my daughters bra es. They are breaking the contract. 1. Always booked up they take on too many clients and not enough providers, very hard to get an appointment if any issues arise broken brackets etc.. 2. Unprofessional owners wife, started yelling in front of clients. 3. Most importantly you pay in full and they didn't hold up on their end of the bargain. Do not use this orthodontist. They stopped a treatment on a child after it was paid in full. Will seek legal action against this facility. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from everyone that we have dealt with.
Absolutely horrible. They stopped my daughters treatment half way through the process paid in full and they refused to continue her treatment. The owners wife is extremely unprofessional and started screaming in the middle of the clients and threatened. Warning do not use this place.
Started my son's orthodontics journey a little later than we should have and the doctors and staff have been so kind and graceful with getting him where he needs to be. They are a warm, cheerful, and vibrant group and we are so happy we chose them to take this journey with!
