First visit was great! They had my daughter’s name up on the board, which was so fun and welcoming. Great job at getting things done in a timely manner and explaining the process and payment plan. And needing to bring my son along wasn’t a big deal because he was entertained by arcade games while we were in the waiting room.
Doctors and staff are very thorough and friendly. They did a great job.
Excellent bedside manner! Always on time and flexibility is outstanding with scheduling. Friendly staff and they know how to relate to adolescent children. The place is always clean and you feel welcomed.
Well done by all staff members at OSOLC Antioch, IL. Always found a slot for me, that worked for me, if I needed one on short notice. They care about doing right by their patients. No worries, just great results!
