My "free" consult cost $200 and I wasn't told until I was already in the meeting room. Nothing was well explained - I felt like I was being "talked at" instead of discussing options. Overall one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had.
Wife went for an apt that was TOLD would be free and then WHILE IN THE CHAIR told her it would be $200 just for the doctor to talk to her. No warning, no heads up, just pay us now cuz youre already here. How can that even be legal?!?! Definitely gonna be reporting that to thr BBB
I would not recommend this orthodontist. I spent nearly $9,000 on treatment and expected a much higher level of care and professionalism for that price. Unfortunately, the service was consistently underwhelming, communication was lacking, and I often felt like just another number rather than a valued patient. I can't believe how fast they fixed my teeth with invisaliners. Dr. Lin always has a great attitude and makes you feel awesome every time you visit. My daughter, my son and myself, have all gone to him and we have all been very happy with him.
