Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? No, they weren't willing to work with me at all Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I went to have a retainer replaced and when the assistant was trying to check to assue the new retainer fit properly she caused a filling to break loose. She was telling me I would need to pull the retainer up to remove it but she was pulling it at an angle and the pressure caused my filling to dislodge. They put a temporary filling in it's place and told me I needed to call my dentist to have it fixed.
