They are constantly running late! By late afternoon, they are usually 1 1/2 hour behind. It is also very difficult to schedule convenient appointments! I missed an appointment and was informed I could not been scheduled for another 6 1/2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Braces are less expensive at this orthodontist office than several other offices, by a few hundred dollars. Frustration and your time is not the savings. I will not choose this office again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was this provider compassionate to you and your situation? Yes Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Yes Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? No, they weren't willing to work with me at all Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
