The owner is a bit rude and passive aggressive. I went to my appointment today and come to find out there was a misunderstanding of how I should be changing between Invisalign’s and I expressed to him I didn’t know there were numbers for each pair. Don’t listen to these reviews. The staff is horrible and rude. Very unprofessional. Doctor cut my lip when he was checking my mouth. The receptionist was more concerned with texting while I was standing directly in front of her. Didn’t even acknowledge me, or let me know she needed a few minutes. Completely ignored my existence. Dr.Jordan is responsible for my show stopping smile after I experienced shifting from my last set of braces. We first picked out an affordable payment plan and the type of braces that best suit me. I was able to ball on a budget with gold braces!!! Gold...Braces! Next was quick and painless process of getting them placed, followed by care, and what the next few appointments would consist of.
