We have been with this practice on Gate Parkway since February 2021. When we first started my daughter there the orthodontist and staff were very welcoming, gentle and had great communication. Fast forward, we are now on our 3rd orthodontist in that timeframe (they keep leaving), tons of new office staff and changes made. My daughter is young and they won’t allow you with her, even though she has anxiety. They make your child wait in a separate waiting area away from you which just heightens my daughters anxiety. worse customer service, they do not care about the need of the patient, refuse to return calls and tricked my daughter into signing all these documentations that she did not understand, billed me twice in 10 days brackets are loose and FALLING off in 10 days, refuse to give me the number to the corporate office.
Elianna Rodriguez she is a wonderful person she treat me really nice and answer all of my question i will recommend to everyone.
