We have been with this practice on Gate Parkway since February 2021. When we first started my daughter there the orthodontist and staff were very welcoming, gentle and had great communication. Fast forward, we are now on our 3rd orthodontist in that timeframe (they keep leaving), tons of new office staff and changes made. My daughter is young and they won’t allow you with her, even though she has anxiety. They make your child wait in a separate waiting area away from you which just heightens my daughters anxiety.
