I'm a senior lady that was so self-conscious of my crooked teeth. Dr Thompson with Orthopedic Specialists has been so helpful and I have been using the Invisalign trays for a little over a year and the difference in my appearance is amazing. Is has been an easy process and I am so pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend them, they are very professional and friendly and I smile more now that my teeth are straightened! I have to agree with the previewer 4 months ago. I was told I could get a Replacement Retainer. I, myself got the exact Invisaline# of the previous retainer from Invisaline. I was told I needed x-rays drove 2 hours to St. Petersburg to get x-rays that were never used. I still have the disk. Also, come to find out they choosed to make a copy of my teeth 4 days after my retainer broke "instead of ordering a replacement". We love the care, kindness, and expertise Dr. Thompson and his staff. Both my kids see him. My daughter for Invisalign aligners and has had amazing results in correcting her bite and alignment. My nine-year-old son had a class three underbite and in just about four months there has been an amazing and significant improvement using Invisalign expanders and no trauma to me or him in the process such an easy system. This location was completely dishonest! When they were called out for lying, the shame set in quick, and I was hung up on immediately!
