The front desk receptionist is very cold and seems annoyed that she even has to speak to customers. She doesn’t even look at you or smile when interacting with you. She is very cold and abrasive when speaking to me. The receptionist at the West Chester office are just out right rude and I will never go back there. They also don’t tell you when you sign up that they are only at this location 1-2 days a month. The staff was amazing they were so kind... Unfortunately I will need to look for another orthodontist the price I was quoted for braces was more expensive than I expected...I hate to do that because they were so wonderful...
