All appointments made for the convenience of the office - not you, the client. Certain things are only done on certain days at certain times - only convenient if you have neither school nor employment. After spending thousands, I would not recognize either of the doctors if I were to see them in public. Although not entirely their fault - my child's braces stayed on months longer than initially planned, and then it took them so long to make a retainer the teeth had shifted and it didn't fit, so we had to go in again for anot... read more

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes, they made a point to show me Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism
