Dr. Patel and her assistant Brenda are very friendly and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about continuing my treatment with them. Recommend paying them a visit!!
Staff is very welcoming! Dr.Patel is amazing along with all the other attentive assistants Brenda, Karina, and Destiny. Definitely recommend this place.
We started our orthodontia journey elsewhere and had the rug pulled from underneath us. That practice closed down unexpectedly and we had to find somewhere else to continue treatment. The previous orthodontist mentioned Orthodontic Experts in her letter to us so we set up an appointment. I'm very happy with how we've been treated. They didn't have to completely start over like we expected (so thankful for that). Everyone is friendly and professional. I'm not happy with what happened but I'm glad to be here.
Dr. Schuberth was an excellent orthodontist, and we were very disappointed when he sold his practice to Ortho Experts. The transition was rough, long waits, almost no after-school appointments, and instead of honoring Dr. Schuberth’s treatment plan, it felt more about ushering us into the back room to push for more money. We have been so happy with our journey with Dr Patel and the team at Orthodontic Experts willowbrook. Dr takes her time to explain everything and truly listen and address our questions. She is an excellent Orthodontist!
