I arrived at 8:50 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment, only to find the staff in a meeting while seven people waited in the lobby. If you’re scheduling appointments, meetings should be held before or after business hours, not when patients are arriving. After checking in, I watched multiple people come and go while I continued to wait. It took 53 minutes past my scheduled time just to be called up, and only after I asked what was going on. This place has been treating my daughter for over a year now. At first, everything was good. Everyone seemed friendly and they were punctual with the service. Today was the second appointment in row that the extended wait time for my daughter to be seen seemed intensional. The last visit took 35 to 40 minutes to be seen compared to the less than 5 minute wait time it has usually taken. This place is great! Some orthos suggested super invasive procedures for my daughter but they actually took the time to find what would be best for us and actually work well not just fast. They’re always kind when we come in and usually pretty quick too!
Orthodontist experts staff are very friendly and attentive to the patients needs. It's a very welcoming environment. I was referred by a family member and I'm glad that we came.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I never leave bad reviews but this place is worth it. Unorganized and unprofessional. Staff were friendly but all over the place and didnt quite seem to know what they were doing. Doctor was terreble and lacks compassion. Had a 9am appointment. Didn't see doctor until 10:05. The doctor will try to convince you to get a bunch of unnecessary treatments done to charge you as much as they can. They will not listen and will not help you.
