DO NOT RECOMMEND! I never leave bad reviews but this place is worth it. Unorganized and unprofessional. Staff were friendly but all over the place and didnt quite seem to know what they were doing. Doctor was terreble and lacks compassion. Had a 9am appointment. Didn't see doctor until 10:05. The doctor will try to convince you to get a bunch of unnecessary treatments done to charge you as much as they can. They will not listen and will not help you. Excellent service, great communication, clean environment. I’m happy to have chosen this location for my daughter’s braces. I’m very happy with the staff and work.
We are beyond blessed and pleased with Ortho Experts in Dekalb, IL. The orthodontist is the friendliest most efficient around. All the staff were always welcoming and friendly. My daughter can’t stop smiling with her “new smile” thanks so very much ortho experts! Highly recommend.
Super friendly and caring practice. Love Dr Aris, and can’t recommend him enough. he is very knowledgeable and makes the patients and parents very comfortable. Doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures and really explains everything to make you well informed. Jessica up front is super sweet. Justine made all the office paperwork/process easy.
Wow!! I am so impressed by this orthodontist office! The staff are so nice and patient and they treat their patients (and the patients family) with kindness and respect. Their customer service is excellent! The orthodontist takes his time and you can tell he truly cares about the kids he serves!!
