Orthodontic Experts have taken such good care of my teeth. Very attentive and high quality service. Every single staff member is equally pleasant and attentive. Almost 2 years of excellent service. I even recommended my cousin and she has also had a great experience with orthodontic experts.
I am disappointed with the care and customer service we received from this orthodontic provider. This practice prioritizes acquiring new patients over providing adequate, respectful care to existing ones. Communication was poor, concerns were brushed off, and when I decided to transfer my child's care to a different orthodontist, the process was made unnecessarily difficult. I have the easiest time here! Staff is friendly, able to answer questions with words I can understand! This is just a great place to come to!
Everyone is very friendly and down to earth. They get my daughter in and out with immaculate instructions in less time than they say it takes ever single time!!! love it!!
They are excellent and not a long wait to get to the back for ur appointments came in at 1:40 and had an appointment for 2:30 came check in and they took not long at all 9 mins later in the back u guys are awesome!!!
